  • Sweetener of your choice (honey or jaggery)

How To Make Haldi Milk

  • Warm milk in a saucepan in medium-low flame.
  • Add turmeric powder, ginger, cinnamon stick and cardamom.
  • Do not boil but simmer it for good 4-6 minutes or more if you’d like.
  • After that remove the saucepan from the flame and strain it in a cup.
  • Add ghee and sweetener of your choice.
  • Enjoy your nutritious golden milk!
