This is really a nice product from Himalaya, generally I got cold and sneezing due to dust elergy during weather change but after taking these tablets I have faced two weather changes (Summer and Rain) and I am still not affected from cold and elergy. It's effective for me.

Tulsi is a great herb for respiratory ailments. It's good to take a tablet for a week to help in general immunity. If you are taking thai for any serious diseases, please consult an ayurvedic practitioner as just Tulsi won't be enough to cure all ailments.

It is not dislike. It is a good product, but at the same time, not excellent like pure tulasi araku. Hence four stars only were given.
